Right-click project window and select "Project info...". Check "Attach icon" checkbox and select icon file from "Icon..." button.

Icon file must contain two icons - small (16x16) and big (32x32). If you provide only one icon and change view in explorer (for example, between "Icons" and "Details"), in one view you will see your icon and in other - vfp icon.
