Hi, I assume your running the cmd session using the RUN/! command which if you are should wait for the cmd session to end unless you've added the /N? which means no wait and will allow the fox program to continue, if you omit the /N the fox routine won't progress until the window is closed, try looking at your foxrun.pif file to see if you can change the behaviour of how the command window opens.
