This may be a dumb question, but where is the SOAP toolkit installed? I have read Microsofts SOAP site, knowledgebase and other info sites and none of them say whether it is installed on the workstation or the web server or both. I develope on an NT4.0 SP6 and use separate servers for applications, data and IIS server.
