>Hi Eric
> When you use the option button, in the "skip for" section, I want the menu selection completely disabled, what is the expression that I would use here? Is it based on a system variable or a public variable within the application? I'm not sure what the expression is to use here.

Typically you would use an expression that involves a variable (e.g.: User_Level <= 2, or a UDF, to disable the menu item conditionally.

To disable unconditionally, if I remember correctly, you put "\" at the beginning of the menu text.

HTH, Hilmar.
