I have some 2.x screens that I am trying to make updates to.
Namely centering them and making them movable (FLOAT).
I edit the screens and make changes to the Screen Layout.
Save them. Generate them. Compile them. Build my EXE.
Finally I run it. But none of the changes I have made are there.

I have deleted the all of the SPX and even the SPR and recreated
them. Still nothing. I can edit the SPR files and my changes are
in there. But when I run it they don't show.

Also the title bar is missing on the screens and I can't find how
to put them on there.
