I've also noticed that the larger tooltips are difficult to read in the short time that is allowed. When the text of the tooltip is so large that it extends above the top or below the bottom of the screen, the entire tooltip will flash until the mouse is moved away. Please consider that a 'tip' is by definition a brief description, and using this tool to display thousands of bytes of text may not be the best solution. Perhaps the tip should be limited to several hundred bytes (enough to gain an understanding of the content), and clicking on the link would be the method to read the details and the entire article.
