Yes, in fact it works very well. Just drop a Picture control on a report form in the designer. This picture is already sized to whatever you need via some graphics program and saved as a BMP. Then you can place your fields on top of it and the whole thing prints very clearly. Just be sure to exclude the graphic for size reasons if you compile.
