Think your good? I got one for you. VFP 7.0 people only.

Over the last few weeks I have been experiencing the wonders of VFP 7.0 SP1. What a great product (minus the bugs)!

I came across the new feature of being able to add pictures to the Menu. {Plunk} I added all of the pictures for my app. Preview... beautiful! Generate and exit. Thinking all was safe...

Once I re-entered the menu again to edit... pictures are GONE! Gotta check this out in the properties right?! In the properties, it changed the location from "c:\blah\blah\cut.bmp" to "...\blah\cut.bmp". Now lets take it a little further.

I exit the menu leaving things just as they are "...\blah\cut.bmp"; after all this is still correctly pointing to the file.

Let's enter the menu one more time (remember I only saved and generated the menu once!) Enter the properties again... voila "...\blah\cut.bmp" has changed to "..\..\blah\cut.bmp"

Obviously this has something to do with GENMENU.PRG right?! WRONG! I said I only generated once not three times. Yes, GENMENU does a play with the path a little in the code; but I didn't execute it. Now does this mean that the Project changed the path on me???? Of course the program errors out big time.

WHERE ARE MY PICTURES????
