The way I understood the question, Jon wanted to change the tooltip text on the "Form Controls Toolbar" for a user defined class. The tooltip text defaults to the class name, but he wanted to change it to something else, as opposed to changing the tooltip text for the class itself, which may not even have a tooltip property depending on what it was based on.
