Yeah, as Jorge said, I should have said no about the development cycle thing. Actually, I am just doing this as a summer job, I havent really graduated yet. I really don't have much of experiences doing a full time database stuff, usually, I just work on it as a part time. What really killed me was my supervisor just decided change 60% of the stuff one week before deadline so I got killed. I was using a number index relational system till now, when I just starting to dump all data into 3 major tables. BTW, is there any books or site on how to sucessfully manage IT personnel? I really want to write this as my Internship report, just becuase what happened to me kinda suck~~
