I'm an employee and we carry out work for other departments within the Council.

Those with this problem often do not realise they have it, your advice to get some professional scoping might well save a lot of pounds and help solve your issue.

They alreay had a consultant in (about 2 wks ago) and they still haven't told us what his report says!!!
