If we don't want to use any add-on software,like
Steven Black's INTLToolkit for my VFP6 touch
screen application.

Can we still

01) Use Window 2000 to display chinese word in my
application, is there any need to buy any add-on
to display Chinese word

02) use Chinese window 2000 to display English word
in my application, is there any need to buy any add-on
to display English word

03) what is the limitation if we use VFP to implement
multi-language features

04) Is there any speed degradation

Any example for me to reference in this issue.
