There is not a conduit for FoxPro because you can not put FoxPro files, data or programs on a Palm. The Palm development software should come with the conduit it needs to synch with the Palm. Software like Satellite Forms, http://www.pumatech.com, and CASLSoft, http://www.caslsoft.com, come with a conduit and a way to integrate your VFP data with the Palm and the Palm application you develop with their software. In the case of SatForms, you get an ActiveX control that handles the uploading and downloading of your VFP data to/form the Palm app data files and on to or from the Palm device.

I have written 2 VFP/Palm articles for FoxPro Advisor. They are in the May and June 2002 issues. SatForms just came out with version 5 of their dev software which will now compile the app for Palms and Pocket PC.
