Mike;

Cold baby, cold!

How about this for real life. I was in a doctors office and about to be examined when his office phone rang. He left the examination room and in the process left the door open. His office was next to the room I was in. The doctor answered the phone and said, “Mrs. ………. , it has been two weeks since your husband died and I have not received payment for my services!

I left the examination room and told the receptionist to cancel my appointment – I did not wish to have this doctor for my physician!

Tom

>>> It's like the old IBM adage about documenting code. The argument goes that you should always document your code because, one day, you might be hit by a bus. The counterargument is that the last thing going through your mind right before getting hit is not likely to be "omigosh, I didn't document that function!" <<

>There is a classic Computerworld cartoon where a guy comes up to a woman at the funeral of her husband and says, "I know this is an awkward time to ask but did he happen to mention anything about source code?"
