I'm with Claude on this one. At least that was my intention when voting. I'm learning VB.NET and C#.NET (personally just testing the waters and seeing functionality/ability/etc), but I plan to continue on with VFP as my primary development tool as long as it meets business requirements to do so. I don't want to limit myself to pure vanilla VFP only and plan to integrate .NET whenever it makes sense to do so. More knowledge means better apps for my customers! So bring on the training! :O)

>Our current survey shows that the request from the developers seems to focus on obtaining more videos in our training series about .Net for VFP developers topics. This is a big surprise. We expected to have bigger numbers of order choices as well but the highest number of votes focus on the .Net choice.

>The reason I mention that is that it's kinda interesting to get that stat as sometimes, when someone mentions .Net topics in the support area in regards to VFP, there seems to be always some debates about it. For example, at several occasions, when someone from MS or another big party on UT mentions something about .Net, some seems to see it as if they were trying to move everyone to .Net and get rid of VFP. So, this has created a lot of debates so far. But, when we create a small survey about it, this is the highest choice.

>It's true our survey is only focusing on training material. But, still, it is interesting to see it. Note also that the request to obtain more training material on that particular topic is not necessary a sign that VFP developers, who voted for it, are necessary moving to another developing environment. A lot of VFP applications, are now and will need to deal with those issues in the future.
