I agree with Yuri, that weekend would be better. All team members have a job, so this leaves only 3h (6pm-9pm) to communicate and create something. Weekend gives more opportunity. Of course, it also means, what the weekend is dedicated to the Tournament (or at least half of it) and not to the family.
