Andy,
If you have a decent connection to the internet (speed wise..) I would suggest downloading the service pack 3 files from MS's website.. I did (around 30-40 meg) and did the install yesterday.. Not too bad, jsut the sitting and waiting for the d/l to be done was the worst..
