It has been four years since I visited this problem with VFP 3.0 and NT 4.0 server. If memory serves me correctly I set system memory (sys3050?) in the config file to limit the memory and it worked fine. Without limiting the amount of memory the application would not run. I wish I could be more specific. With a bit of hacking you can give this a try and it should not take more than a few minutes to determine if it will work for you. If you have any questions I will attempt to assist you.

Upgrading to a more recent version of VFP is a good option IMO! I recall upgrading several 3.0 apps and it was very easy! The only problem I recall was 3.0 allowed setfocus calls from valids I believe and the newer versions do not. Then there are some changes in how dates are handled.
