I am not familiar with any automated test tool, so I can't comment on any one of them. Most automated testing tools rely on the software to use Windows controls. VFP uses bitmapped controls and the test software can't detect mouse clicks, etc. If the test software supports Active Accessability (a COM interface), then it should work with VFP 7.0.
