No. Conditions are on the field level.

Actualy what I would do in your case is something like this:

use (table_where_you_want_to_add_records)
=afield(atmp)
create curs tmpcurs from array atmp
release atmp
append from (Excel_file) xls

replace (column1_you_do_not_want) with "",;
(column2_you_do_not_want) with 0,;
(column3_you_do_not_want) with {}...

sele (table_where_you_want_to_add_records)
append from (dbf("tmpcurs"))
