Just to clarify,

You have the positive values in non-higlighted rows as black and red if negative, right?
In highlighted row, if the active cell is in CRAmount column it appears white on blue, and if the active cell is in some other column, the CRAmount column cell appeard black on blue, correct?

And you want it the white on blue for the highlighted row, no matter positive or negative?
