I've used it before. I don't even know if the authors support it anymore.
Pros: It was VERY easy to integrate into my application, and it worked exactly as the documentation said it would.
Cons: The interface was a bit klunky, took a little bit to train the users on how to use it. The source code behind it was a bit dated. Also the interface looks a bit dated.
Overall: The client that I had done it for tried to use it for a little while, and eventually gave up on it and just used the stuff in MS Outlook.

FYI - take a look at www.dbi-tech.com ... there stuff is 1000 times better.
