>I have been tring to delete a control off of the controls tab that was added to the option under visual fox6 tools. I save as default after Hitting the remove buttom. But everytime I exit out of Fox and come back in the control is back. Thought maybe foxuser.dbf was involved so I deleted foxuser.dbf ,But am still having the problem.

This information is stored in the registry under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\VisualFoxPro\6.0\Options\VCXList. Maybe registry info got corrupted. Try to start VFP with -A command line switch, which forces VFP to ignore the default configuration file and Windows registry settings.
