The touch screen will behave just like a mouse. Other than designing the layout with the size and accuracy limits of a fingertip there isn't much else special that you need to do. Everything should be triggered of the Click() event. Don't try to use DoubleClick() or RightClick(), don't use drag & drop. I bet if you did a search on Google you might find a couple of websites that give design guidelines for touch screen based UIs.
