http://www.iana.org/gtld/gtld.htmYou would think that you could just put in a .* to keep it wide open, but I think I had problems when I tried that so I had to define each domain.
You'r not receiving mail on that server from outside, so you don't have to worry about incoming. All the traffic is from your WC application (or any other apps on that server).
