I agree too. Anyway, English is a rich language, so if you need help, you can re-phrase it something differently, not using "Need Help" in the title. Besides, each message here obviously asks for help (if, of course, it's not a tip or advice somebody wants to share with everyone), so NEED HELP in the title is useless.
