I have SQL Server 2000 on a Win NT 4.0 server. I have loaded the SQL 2000 client tools on both Win 2000 and Win NT workstations. When I register the SQL server in EM on either workstation, I get the error: "The client and server codepages do not match. Some ANSI character mappings may not be possible."
On all three computers, if I open a command window and type in "mode con codepage /status" it returns 437. We only use English language, there is no other language ability on any of the computers.
I have no idea where to turn to correct this error-- I need to be able to manage the SQL 2000 server from my office, but I'm unsure if I'll break something because of this message.
Help?
Thanks!
