Some more info...

The SCX resides in a path, two levels deep under the main project folder and the path name has spaces in it:

C:\V34\ReportManager\vfp library\shared forms\get_data_format.scx

If I move the SCX to the project's root folder, it works. Why just this one file? Why when I build an EXE or an APP when I don't select "rebuild all files" - I don't know... Smells like a bug.
