My post and my point was in direct reference to the example of the little girl. You chose to expand/extrapolate into something different and ask me to "defend" the position you selected for me.
No thanks, if I want a Straw Man argument, I'll look for Joe bob.
My point about this particular case, and the twisted logic that the "sue them!" mentality brings about, remains valid.
