You mean those 15-second soundbites between the two-minute blocks of commercials? Anytime when there was any longer story on the Middle-East situation, within 10 minutes there was a longer story about some high school baseball team or such.

The only thing that I consider is worthy of being called a news broadcast here is the BBC on public channel. The rest is just commercial.
