So, in how many of the last ten years did Israel fail to receive the regular three billion bucks (mostly in weapons)?

And yet they are the good guys, and Arabs are the bad guys, at least officially. Ironically, though, from some scraps of history that orbit around my mind, I seem to remember they were cousins - one tribe which split long ago. Someone with better memory better check me on this.
