Hi John
You need to create a MSK file for the icon. This is just a bitmap with a .msk extention but in this .msk bitmap you black out all parts of the icon that you want to appear in its original colours. Go to VFP7 help and search for BITMAP AND MASK and then choose "Enhancing Control Display" for a better explaination than mine :)
