You could install the latest version of MDAC or install the SQL Server 2000 client tools

SQL Server ODBC driver. It's looking for the SQL 2000 ODBC driver version 2000.080.0100 dated 4/18/00. It's SQLSRV32.DLL and SQLSRV32.RLL.
