In a table I store phone numbers 'C' 10, ie 5143330000

When the form is displaying the number, I would like it to appear as:
(514) 333-0000 .

I have been playing arounf with the Format property, specifically the R setting but cannot seem to display the text correctly.

What is the exact setting (syntax) within the Format property?
