Hi Douglas.

actually we're still on 5.0 and not sure about issues we might run into going to 7.0 - Is it worth the hassle?

I think that VFP 7.0 is the most stable version yet. I am so used to all the productivity enhancements (most notable IntelliSense), that I would absolutely HATE to have to go back to an earlier version.

Personally, I do not think there is any hassle involved. The only Gotcha that I can think of is that in version 6 they fixed the DODEFAULT() bug in VFP 5. In VFP 5, this bug used to cause the base class behavior to execute twice (once because of the DODEFAULT() and once as it usually does, after the custom code). If you have code that relies on this bug, it might break in the upgrade. But that is all that comes to mind.
