The adobe reader is not supported as an active x control when used by anything other than Internet Explorer
So, if you dont have it in your nature, or programming style to go outside the box, Dont.
But if you are like me, and love to hack anything, to make it work in ways others dont.... have fun. it works. Solid. I use it daily...

>Pardon me for adding my two cents, but I have had some difficulty with some PDF files using the Adobe acrobat reader directly on a form. At the Adobe web site they only guarantee that the control will work in Internet Explorer, so I create a web browser control on my form and create an HTML page on the fly that will load the Adobe Acrobat control with the PDF file I want to display. The earlier message that I posted with the example code was Message #664605 if that does not link, I will add the contents of that message to this message.

In the beginning, there was a command prompt, and all was well.
