Well yes, since the code you write will (most likely) be in VB.NET or C#. With the simple intro from www.learnvisualstudio.net in VB, you shouldn't have much of a problem getting started with ASP.NET pages.

The course I am doing right now required exposure to VB.NET as well, www.learnvisualstudio.net was all I needed to feel comfortable. The intellisense and code completion really helps.
