I have been using InstallShield Express since 2.10. The registration process is very easy.

1. Find the DLL in the Groups and Files section
2. Right click on the DLL
3. Select Properties
4. There is a checkbox there for self registration of the DLL file.

Be careful, don't check all of the DLLs on. Only the ones that cause your installation to fail should be checked on.

As for OCX files, they will probably require to be checked on.

InstallShield Express is the best for creating installations!
