The sheet on the right lower corner (if place not changed) listing properties, events and methods is called PEM sheet. There in object combobox find the textbox you accidentally added, it is in outline form so you will see something like :
form1
--grid1
----column1
------header1
------text1
------text2 && Select this one
Click on the form title in the designer then press DEL.
