Kev;
So true! I have been telling people for 30 years to not feel comfortable with their jobs and always learn new things. Some people believe you and others think you are a fool for daring to suggest such a thing!
Some people in the tech world get stuck with tools that are not up to date. Trying to find a job when your tool set does not meet the market needs is a real problem - if you want to have a greater chance in the job market!
