Thanks, but it seems that your anwer doesn't solve all my problems.

If I use form instead of toolbar class then the resizing issue is solved. But there is still problems with many forms open at the same time.

For example if you have a Top form and this "toolbar form" and all other forms are defined as In Top forms. I need that all other forms acted as the area where they can be moved/resized/maximized would be bordered from one side by this "toolbar form".
