Jamie,
You should be able to just issue a recompile command for the forms that are in 5, when you open up 3.0.. In your command window, do a COMPILE FOR ..

As long as in any of the methods, you didn't use any 5.0 specific commands, you should be okay.. However, be warned that VFP 3.0 is flaky, I hope you get atleast 3.0b...
