Martin Jindra was working on new nice GetDir dialog. He promised me to Upload it here soon. It would be a fll, which allows to set long button captions and also have a New Folder button in some Windows versions. I have his fll and test program here at work, if you want to test it as well, send me a message.

Oops, just noticed, you were talking about GetFile. Sergey pointed you to the thread with George's solution.
