The link in the document to download the specifications will be available at midnight ET. Each team will also receive the info by email.

Every time indications in the tournament is indicated in ET. Thus, midnight here means early morning over there approx.

During those two days, no specific follow up is done. Once the judging process will be done on that part, you'll see them in the Standing link from the main tournament page. You may try it now. This will give you an idea of the standing.
