Hi,
For script problems I found this to be useful.
In win.ini - font substitutes section :
Arial,0=Arial,162 && 162 is for Turkish, you can see yours at the line with Arial Baltic,0 = ..(or Bal ?)
Times New Roman,0=Times New Roman,162
....
