You might want to manually open each of the views in your DE to see if (maybe) there is a problem with one of the view definitions. Maybe it's joined with a table in another DBC? Are you running SDT? If so, have you rebuilt the metadata and regenerated the indexes off the metadata?

There was also some weird behavior I remember running into with SDT (and, for the life of me, I can't remember the specifics), but it had to do with the way SDT handled DBC's and views. It wasn't the kind of thing that popped up very often, but basically it changed a view definition so that a table was no longer prefixed with DBC!. This caused us some problems that were pretty hard to track down until we looked really closely at the view definition. Something like ViewEditor from Steve Sawyer might help in this case.
