I have no idea. Previous versions of VFP did display three dots under the icon (red, green, blue), no matter how the icon was. This issue drove me crazy once. Fortunatelly, it's solved in VFP7, but the others did stay.

I don't use icons at all in my progs. If you see a nice icon somewhere, do a printscreen and paste the image in paint, for example (or a better program, especially if you want to resize the image - paint sucks here). Convert to a bitmap, add a msk 16 colors file and you're set.
