Hi,

The automatic "start OLE drag" in the VFP Solutions Samples only appears to be acceptable because there is no other mouse behavior defined for mouse events like Click, RightClick, or DblClick in these examples. If you try adding one of these methods to the "Drag Me" button, you'll see what I mean: about half the time, it starts an unintended OLE drag, even if you don't hold down the mouse button or move the mouse at all.

Something is odd - I'm just not seeing this behaviour. On my systems, regardless of code in other Mouse events, the drag operation only begins when the cursor exits the controls boundaries. Seems unlikely but could this possibly be OS or driver related ?

Viv
