I guess I am lucky as my mother in law was one of the finest people I ever met. The only problem was she would cook Spanish and Peruvian food for me – enough for 12 people – and I ate it all! I had to watch my waist line so exercise is very important. Just thinking about some of those dishes is dangerous! I had better do 1000 sit ups just for that thought. :)
