Hi,

This is assuming you're printing to a color printer :-)
a. Do you see the report image in color during print preview?
b. Does any other application print to the color printer OK?
c. Is the printer controls (from Windows) have the printer set
to print in color? Some I've found to have them print in
B&W only to save ink and you have to set them to print in
color if you want the print out in color.
